Serve as a liaison between students and instructors, helping to schedule appointments or resolve academic issues. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Generate reports on customer feedback, issues, and trends to inform improvements in our services. Requirements: Proven experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar role.
